Project Management

I lead research projects from planning to results—designing protocols, solving complex challenges, and communicating impactful findings to peers and the scientific community. Along my academic path, I’ve built strong expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, and plant biology.

Team work/Collaboration

In my career, I had to collaborate/ seek collaborators within a transdisciplinary network. I have at heart to find the most convenient way for everyone to participate with their very personal and different qualities. In a team I tried to find balance between efficiency and overall happiness. Everywhere I tried to make sure that personal events in life of my colleagues would not impact too much our work while providing the help they needed. Hence my desire to always find new ways to do some tasks, using sometimes programming to cut through painful limiting factors for my collaborators (such as tools to analyse the data faster) giving them more time for fulfilling (& productive) work.

Conflict Resolution

As postdoc representative duing two years, I had to resolve conflict between direction and other postdocs. Or problem occuring within different lab members. So have I formed my self progressively to mediate and find the best compromise that fits everyone. I had to listen to very different perspectives and personal issues and tried to face them the best I could.
